The path to the events team
Serving at a TOP takes preparation: first you observe alongside someone experienced, then you help with defined tasks, then you take on a role — and one day you teach others. Every role has its real demands described honestly before you choose, so nobody discovers by surprise that it wasn't their place.
A closed door on one role is never a final "no": it is always "not this role, not yet" — with a named alternative and someone waiting for you there.
Serving is never a reward for spiritual performance. It is a response to it.
